We want you to be completely satisfied with your IPTV experience. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a 3-day refund policy on all new subscriptions.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • You must request the refund within 3 days of your initial purchase.
  • Refunds are only applicable to new subscriptions (not renewals or upgrades).
  • Refund requests must include a valid reason (e.g. service not working, not compatible with your device, etc.).
  • You must not have used the service excessively (we reserve the right to check usage logs for abuse).

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Refund requests after 3 days from the purchase date.
  • Subscriptions that have been heavily used or shared.
  • Trial accounts, discounted promotional offers, or reseller plans.
